Intelligent Smoke Detector
(SIGA-DSI)

The SIGA-DSI detects extremely small particles of combustion and triggers an alarm at the first sign of smoke. Thanks to its high-performance forward scattering reflective response technology, the optical smoke sensor responds quickly and reliably to a wide range of fire types, especially slow burning fires fuelled by combustibles typically found in modern multi-use buildings.

Intelligent Photoelectric Smoke Detector
(SIGA-PS, SIGA-2PS)

Smoke detection: The SIGA2-PS detects extremely small particles of combustion and triggers an alarm at the first sign of smoke. Thanks to its high-performance forward scattering reflective response technology, the photoelectric smoke sensor responds quickly and reliably to a wide range of fire types, especially slow burning fires fuelled by combustibles typically found in modern multi-use buildings.

Intelligent Heat Detector
(SIGA-DHI)

The SIGA-DHI monitors the air temperature near the detector, and the rate at which this temperature rises by analyzing data from its on-board thermistor.

The rate-of-rise function can quickly detect a fast, flaming fire, while the fixed-temperature threshold detects fire when the air temperature near the detector exceeds the pre-set alarm point.

Intelligent Heat Detectors
(SIGA-HRS)

SIGA-HRS rate-of-rise heat detectors provide a 15 °F (9 °C) per minute rate-of-rise heat sensor for the detection of heat due to fire. The heat sensor monitors the temperature of the air and determines whether an alarm should be initiated.

Intelligent Smoke and Heat Detector
(SIGA-PHS)

PHS is also known as the multi-sensor detector. It detects both smoke and heat.

Smoke detection: The SIGA-PHS detects extremely small particles of combustion and triggers an alarm at the first sign of smoke. Thanks to its high-performance forward scattering reflective response technology, the photoelectric smoke sensor responds quickly and reliably to a wide range of fire types, especially slow burning fires fuelled by combustibles typically found in modern multi-use buildings.

Heat detection: The SIGA-PHS provides a 135°F (57°C) fixed-temperature heat sensor for the detection of heat due to fire. The heat sensor monitors the temperature of the air and determines whether an alarm should be initiated.

SafeAirTM Carbon Monoxide Detector
(250-CO)

The Edwards SafeAirTM 250-CO carbon monoxide (CO) detector is an accurate and reliable means of alerting building occupants of potentially dangerous levels of CO in the protected area.

The internal electrochemical sensor communicates with a sophisticated on-board microprocessor that accurately tracks CO levels over time.

Intelligent 4D Multi-Sensor Detector
(SIGA-IPHS)

The SIGA-IPHS Intelligent 4D Multisensor Detector gathers analog information from each of its three fire sensing elements (ionization, photoelectric, and heat) and converts it into digital signals.

The detector’s on-board microprocessor measures and analyzes these signals separately with respect to a fourth element - Time. We call this technology 4D.
